I opened an account at Tusk Casino - made a few deposits totaling $480CAD and had a win and ended up with a balance of $5400cad. It's important to know that I opted out of any bonus - welcome or otherwise. I sent the requested documents and Tusk fully verified my account and sent me a withdrawal of $1000 - the daily withdrawal limit as per the VIP manager I was dealing with. I had some communication with live chat, and decided to close my account as I found their withdrawal limits quite low. Pls note that most of my communication with Tusk was via live chat but I did have some email communication with the client manager, as well as KYC when they verified my documents and account. They did close my account as per my request but did not send me the balance of funds in my account. I have sent them countless emails (and am no longer able to contact them via live chat) requesting my $4400cad - as well as transcripts of my live chats, but they have yet to send either. After 10+ emails they finally responded a week later saying that they had suspended my account as they found multiple accounts in my name that they claim I used to get free bonuses. (100% NOT true - I only opened one account, and opted out of any bonus). They also claim that even though they found multiple accounts, they decided to send me the first $1000 withdrawal as I was still active, but once my account was closed they found even more accounts. This makes absolutely no sense - they are making up false allegations to get out of paying me my money - and they refuse to respond to me with any evidence of said accounts. The chat transcripts will clearly show that my account was not suspended as they allege, but that I asked them to please close my account. I don't understand how they think they can get away with this? Their accusations are ridiculous and unfounded and any assistance would be much appreciated. Another interesting note: the Complaints section in their Terms and Conditions ask players to contact email@example.com in a case of any unresolved complaint - I received an email back that Tusk is not operated by their license.
